Supermodel Karlie Kloss and real estate heir Joshua Kushner have added an iconic home in Malibu to their cross-country portfolio of homes with the $29.5 million purchase of self-taught architect Harry Gesner’s distinctive Wave House in Malibu. Once owned by Rod Stewart, the beachfront home is most recognized by its copper-clad roofline that mimics the cresting waves of a surf break. The couple also maintain a sprawling condo in the Kushner-developed Puck Building in New York City as well as a waterfront mansion on Miami’s prestigious North Bay Road they picked up a few years ago for $23.5 million. And in Georgia, country singer Zac Brown has hoisted his lakefront retreat on the outskirts of Atlanta on the market for $3.25 million. The Grammy-winning “Chicken Fried” singer is set to turn a tidy profit on the Lake Lanier spread he picked up about four years ago for $1.8 million.
