Dealing with tracking and tribulations

With last Friday's overturn of Roe v. Wade, there's a lot of renewed interest in data privacy. A lot of people are worried about what can and cannot be tracked, what data is being stored by apps and how it might get used against you at a later date.

 

For the tech-savvy, cybersecurity professionals and others who were always concerned about your data, who can see your ISP and whether an application was tracking your search history: What tools or techniques do you use to protect your data and secure your privacy online?
