And everything cinnamon is better with cinnamon chips! Being out of cinnamon chips is like being out of chocolate chips.

That means no cinnamon chips for banana bread, zucchini bread, favorite cookies, and cinnamon chip pancakes.

This month it will get too hot to bake. I can't tell you when that will be but who wants to trust the weather these days?
