Crocworld Conservation Centre team, Martin Rodrigues (Manager), James Wittstock (Reptile Curator) and Grant Webster, responded to a call-out after a black mamba had allegedly been spotted on the solar panel of a second-storey house on the KZN South Coast near Scottburgh.

Mbuso Mbulelo Bam is an Interaction Design (UI/UX) student at Inscape from Pretoria, born on the 19th of July 1999. He started Bam Innovations and is the founder of an online magazine Creative Nation which aims to educate the youth on the creativity process. He wanted to create a platform for local creatives to exhibit their work and have it appreciated.
The aim is to give creatives the opportunity to share their process on how they create and overcome, so he does this to remove the stigma behind the unknown within the industry.

We need water. It is essential for the flourishing of all life on earth, and yet we already do not have enough. This simple fact combined with predicted climatic events, such as megadroughts and increased desertification in Sub-Saharan Africa, exposes a larger challenge.
To have enough water in the right places, at the right times, for how our world is projected to change in the next 5 years, let alone the next 25, we need to start taking saving our water as seriously as we take saving our money.

Don’t forget climate change
Global lockdowns in 2020 reduced pollutants such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides by between 10 and 30 percent. However, this temporary behaviour change is unlikely to result in long term impact. Under pessimistic assumptions that travel restrictions continue until the end of 2021, this temporary behaviour change would only prevent 0.01° C of warming by 2030.
