Greetings! I took yesterday off since it was such a historic day for the USA and the world. To keep this newsletter politics-free, let’s just talk about highlights from yesterday that hopefully everyone can agree on in hopes that we can all unite. I thought Amanda Gorman, the 22-year-old inaugural poet laureate from Los Angeles, became an instant star. CBS News did a profile on her and it’s really inspiring, especially considering she overcame a speech impediment, just like President Joe Biden - and me. My other highlights, and more importantly a thorough round-up of all the week's top travel news, deals, tips, stories and contests, are all here so check them out!

Front Page Covers From Newspapers Around the World
It's interesting to see the front pages of newspapers from around the world following historic events. Check out these international newspaper front pages covering President Biden's inauguration.

Flight Attendant's Tips For a Comfortable Flight While Wearing a Mask
I'm not flying right now since I haven't been vaccinated, COVID-19 is running rampant and the new strains are reportedly much more contagious. Here's a hack that'll guarantee no one ever touches your stuff!

UPDATED: The Best Way to Store and Organize Batteries
We try to keep our house well stocked with batteries because … technology and toys. But those batteries take up a lot of room and easily become a disorganized mess, rolling around a drawer in the kitchen. This battery caddy is a great solution. UPDATE: Mine arrived a few days ago and I love it. It has way more slots for batteries than I need but it totally cleared up one of our drawers.
