The icy weather that blew through much of the U.S. over the weekend caused lots of cancelations, but Southwest in particular dropped the vast majority of all its flights, and said it was going to continue running only a third of flights for a few days. Here's a look inside the chaos this caused at the New Orleans airport — and the relative calm at the airport in Baton Rouge, where Southwest doesn't fly. Another problem the icy weather caused this weekend? Burst pipes. The Baton Rouge water company says it saw a huge increase in reported problems over the long weekend, and plumbers say they've been swamped with calls.
