Spartanburg County plows ahead on capital projects

Four years after launching a penny sales tax, public construction projects in Spartanburg appear to be going strong despite potential COVID-19 interruptions, Spartanburg County Council said during its Monday meeting. Construction on a $12.6 million parking garage is nearing its midway point near the site of the county's future courthouse.
