About Speakers:
Benjamin Todd serves as the Vice President for Global Business Development at the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). In this role, he oversees the overall operations of the office and spearheads early-stage transaction development, marketing, and outreach initiatives to potential EXIM clients worldwide. Before joining EXIM, Benjamin was Principal Business Development and Acting Head of Office for North America at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he facilitated early transaction development, education, and outreach to North American clients interested in investing in EBRD regions, culminating in nearly €150 million in transactional development. Earlier in his career, Benjamin managed the EMEA portfolio at EXIM, successfully securing nearly $4 billion in transactions for the bank.
Peter Clement is the Senior Vice President for International Factoring at Rosenthal & Rosenthal, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in trade finance, commercial insurance, and the consumer packaged goods sectors, Peter brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining Rosenthal & Rosenthal, he was the Managing Director at VoloFin USA Corp, the U.S. subsidiary of a Singapore-based fintech company specializing in SME financing. There, he focused on positioning the firm’s cross-border financing, trade credit insurance, and factoring products. Before VoloFin, Peter served as the Business Development Director for Stenn International, where he managed strategic partnerships. He began his career at Coface North America Insurance Company, holding various senior leadership roles during his 17-year tenure with the company.
