Special Edition: FiE pre-show preview

Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) is one of the seminal events in the food sector calendar. 

Staged in Paris, from 3-5 December, FiE brings together leaders in ingredients innovation. The packed three-day event will see over 1,700 exhibitors put their latest developments in the spotlight. 

Key themes running through the show are likely to include sustainable sourcing, healthy and functional ingredients, clean label innovation, indulgence, convenience and plant-based proteins. FoodNavigator brings you a rundown of a few of the highlights to watch out for.
