We've had more fun making these chocolate cheesecakes--er, cheesecake brownies. They're really 50/50--Uncle Bob's Brownies for a buck and a cheesecake filling. And the cheesecake filling is just cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar mixed together. Pretty simple.
How did we make them pie-shaped--er, cheesecake shaped? We used a springform pan. We use a springform pan for a lot of our brownies, cakes and desserts.
How do we keep them from leaking? Silicone springform pans don't leak. At least these don't. They have a double-gasketed seal.
