Dear John Our brand new program - Body, Breath, Mind - begins in one week! In this 3-week program, each 45-minute class combines yoga asana, pranayama and meditation. We’re really looking forward to this program as our teachers have designed their classes to give you a truly holistic yoga experience. Why these 3 elements of yoga? ❤️ Asana - clears physical tension and we become more aware of the subtle movements of energy in the body. ❤️ Pranayama - influences the body with the breath, settles the nervous system and focuses our attention. ❤️ Meditation - brings us further inwards towards stillness and into deeper knowledge of our true selves.
