EuroportSpecial ships remain a Europort specialty

The 2017 edition of Europort will continue the event's traditionally strong focus on special purpose ships, something which sets it apart from other maritime exhibitions.

Leading shipbuilders with impressive track records in building tugs, support vessels, inland river barges, yachts, ferries, dredgers, and fishing craft will once again be among the highest profile exhibitors at Europort.

These include the Damen Shipyards group, Holland Shipyards and Royal IHC, representing the Dutch maritime cluster. Specialist yards from outside the Netherlands will also have a significant presence. Among them will be Uzmar Shipyard of Turkey, Remontowa of Poland and the Estonian BLRT Group.

EuroportConference sessions set to inform on innovation

It will not only be the bustling and vibrant exhibition that draws the crowds at this year's Europort. An exciting and innovative Conference programme, designed to complement the aims and objectives of the main event, is being organised in partnership with leading industry experts.

One of the most popular set pieces is the returning CEDA Dredging days, run by the Central Dredging Association. This year the event will address the theme: Sustainable Dredging - Continued Benefits.

Also being held within Europort 2017, on November 8th, is a special Conference on Alternative Ship Power & Propulsion Systems, organised by the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA). In addition, the Embassy of Brazil in The Hague and Rotterdam Partners will jointly organise the 13th Brazilian Network Day on November 7th.

EuroportEuroport Turkey has touched new home base in Tuzla

The 14th edition of Europort Turkey, which was held from 5-8th April 2017 in Tuzla, Istanbul, received very positive feedback from participants about its new home base in Tuzla. For the first time in its long history, Europort Turkey had moved to the dynamic Viaport Marina, right in the beating heart of Tuzla shipbuilding region. On the occasion of Europort Turkey two special temporary halls were built, allowing 200 participating companies and 4,528 high level industry professionals to meet and strengthen business relations.

EuroportJoin in the IRANIMEX success story

IRANIMEX2017 will take place on Kish Island, Iran, between 12-14 December 2017. This follows the hugely successful staging of IRANIMEX, powered by Europort, in October 2016, which hosted 300 exhibitors from 22 different countries. This breakthrough performance makes it already the biggest maritime exhibition in the Middle East Gulf, reflecting the huge growth potential that exists in Iran, now that sanctions have been lifted. IRANIMEX2017 will provide a second chance to make contact with the Iranian maritime and offshore sectors at a time when significant investment programs are gathering momentum. See the brochure for more information or fill out the participation form.
