This is incredible bread! Make it in the bread machine or the oven. It's not a sweet bread so you can make dinner rolls. Or use it in your favorite cinnamon roll recipe. One day, I whipped apricot jam with cream cheese and served it in the store on this bread. People loved it. To make your own spread, simply whip 8 ounces of cream cheese. Then add apricot jam, starting with 1/4 cup, until it is sweet enough and has the desired apricot taste.
