I love Spring - as the weather warms up and the trees and flowers start blooming, I start thinking about what I want to make new in my business and in my life.

Spring is in full swing, and this time of year I always have an urge to clear out and take stock. 

For me, it's not just a time to declutter and organize - it's also a time for me to reassess my business. 

How about you? Is it time for a refresh? 

Are you working with some clients that you no longer enjoy any more or who are no longer profitable for you? 

Are you providing services that your clients don't really appreciate anymore or that are too difficult or time-consuming for you? 

Are there tasks that you're performing that could or should be performed by somebody else in your organization? 

Are there new things you'd like to try or new services that your clients need that you could help them with?
