Hello Spring! To kick off the week, we’re sharing fabulous seasonal recipes, including a timely spin on a classic French salad. Plus, I have a dine find for you that has one of my favorite patios in Houston. And, we didn’t forget the wine! We’re continuing our H-E-B Women in Wine series with a spring-ready bottle from Sonoma. Remember to tag what you’re cooking and sipping with #goodtastegrams on Instagram for a chance to be featured!

Make This Now: Spring Niçoise Salad
A classic French Niçoise salad is one of our favorite fresh, low-fuss meals. Enter our newest Goodtaste original recipe: the Spring Niçoise. This crunchy, colorful and (almost) too-pretty-to-eat salad makes use of what is popping up in farmers markets right now. Serve it as a light spring dinner for two or a show-stopping starter for your Easter brunch. Get the recipe HERE.

DIY: Goya Foods’ Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin
with Spring Pea Salad
This deeply flavorful pork tenderloin is rubbed down with some of our favorite Goya spices and then served over a bed of zesty peas. While you can use frozen peas in a pinch, this is a great dish to show off the fresh variety when it’s readily available in spring. Learn how to make it for dinner tonight HERE.
