Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics® Mascarpone is made with fresh, sweet cream from their family’s dairy. It’s won several awards, including First Place at the 2019 American Cheese Society Cheese Competition. This velvety cheese has subtle notes of coconut cream and macadamia nuts and is tasty paired with lemon cookies, fruits or roasted hazelnuts. It shines stirred into sauces and pasta or baked into cheesecake and tiramisu. Crave Brothers also offers a version for chocolate lovers crafted with their custom chocolate blend.

Meet the Maker: Bob Wills

Regarded as a respected influencer in cheesemaking, the owner of Cedar Grove Cheese, Master Cheesemaker Bob Wills, has led the industry for 35 years. “The one thing I say about cheesemaking is that I’ve not had a boring day since I go into it.” Bob shares. “There is so much to learn…I have never had a day without a discovery or new mystery to investigate.” Bob's endless curiosity has driven him to create award-winning cheeses like butterkäse, marble colby, quark and cheese curds. His must-try cheeses? “I’m still partial to butterkäse. It was one of our first specialty cheeses. Along with cheddar, I chose it for the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® Program recognition.”
