Springfield revenue shortfall estimated between $10.3 million, $16.4 million
The city of Springfield is facing a revenue shortfall between $10.3 million and $16.4 million this fiscal year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, city budget director Bill McCarty told city council members Tuesday.
