Rude Real Estate Realities 

If you‘re after something unusual for your Tuesday afternoon lay your eyes on this week’s rude real estate reality named ‘The House on the Cliff’. Apart from its appropriate and somewhat simple title, there is nothing normal about this property. The project was designed for a young couple by two Madrid based architects Pablo Gil and Jaime Bartolome. The property is located on a steep hillside plot in Granada, Spain. Due to the steepness of the plot, the majority of the two-storey home is built underground, with the cladded roof gently blending into the hillside . The main living area is open plan with generous views of the Mediterranean Sea. The home is furnished with handmade fiberglass and polyester-resin furniture that was apparently made on site.
