Standing up to Big Tech New evidence suggests Big Tech companies have intentionally filtered out Republican messaging, once again exploiting their position and attempting to block dissenting views. I’m determined to stand up to Big Tech and make sure Americans get the final say in what they view online. That’s why I joined Senator John Thune (R-S.D.) and others on a bill to hold Big Tech companies accountable and ensure greater transparency for consumers. That’s why I am proud to introduce the Educational Choice for Children Act — along with Senator Bill Cassidy (R-La.) — to expand education freedom and opportunity for students in South Carolina and throughout the nation. This act will provide a charitable donation incentive for individuals and businesses to fund students’ education expenses, impacting an estimated two million students. Supporting Israel While brutal dictators like Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Kim Jong-un commit human rights violations with impunity, the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) has decided to open an investigation on Israel — the only democracy in the Middle East. This outrageous move further undermines the credibility of the UNHRC. I’ve introduced a bipartisan bill with Senator Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.) to put a stop to this discriminatory investigation.
