Another study by Net Impact found that nearly half of the workforce would be willing to take a 15 percent pay cut to work for an organization with an inspiring purpose. Would you be willing to work for less for a company that has an inspiring purpose? Yes. A greater purpose is what drives me to do my best at work every day.
