Good afternoon,

Star Entertainment is facing major disruptions to its gaming business as part of the troubled casino operator’s move to cashless gambling has resulted in the shutting down of all electronic gaming machines and electronic table games.

Meanwhile, new Myer boss Olivia Wirth, already with unprecedented executive power, has further strengthened her oversight of the retailer’s operations after being made director of wholly-owned fashion brands Sass & Bide, Marcs and David Lawrence.

And Australia's benchmark index, the ASX 200, reached a new record high on Monday, rising 0.7 per cent to 8017.60 points. The broader All Ordinaries index also rose 0.7 per cent to 8262.40.
