Though it was only a year ago they bought it, "Yellowjackets" star Christina Ricci and her hairstylist husband Mark Hampton have put their modern, city-view home in L.A.'s fashionable Silver Lake area up for sale as they seek a larger residence to accommodate a family member displaced by the devastating fires that swept through parts of the city earlier this year. The $4.2 million pad has 3,400 square feet of airy, contemporary living space that spills onto awning-shaded terraces and a swimming pool. And, across the country, comedian Amy Schumer and her professional chef husband Chris Fischer have hoisted their historic Brooklyn townhouse on the market for $14 million as they prepare to move back to Manhattan to be closer to their son's school on the Upper West Side.
