Join us for a day-long seminar on building and design! Friday, May 5, 2017 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Columbus Metropolitan Main Library 96 South Grant Ave Columbus, OH 43215 Registration is open for the next installment of our library building and design event. In partnership with Columbus Metropolitan Library—in its newly renovated Main Library—you'll be inspired with the latest trends in library design. Come together with librarians, architects, and vendors to explore building, renovating, and retrofitting spaces both large and small that will support your library and engage and empower your community.
This full-day event provides expert panel discussions and hands-on architect-led breakout sessions tackling real-life design challenges submitted in advance by participants. Speed-sessions with architects and product vendors will give you one-on-one time to address your own questions. Hear about recently constructed or renovated libraries that will spur solutions to your design challenges. Engage in face time and networking throughout the day with design experts and colleagues. Bring photos, illustrations, floor plans, or plat maps to help you move to the next phase of planning.
Are there any design challenges that your library currently faces? Register before Friday, March 24 to be eligible to have your library featured in a breakout session.
Space is limited, so sign up today. Register before March 8 and save 40% off the registration fee!
Registration is open only to librarians, library board or foundation members, and the library's city planners/officials.
