ASK US ANYTHING!
Dear Reader,

I'm writing to let you know that several of our reporters are taking to Reddit at noon TODAY to answer your questions about how California can better adapt to the threat of wildfire. The team behind our recent series, Living With Wildfire: California Reimagined will join the r/BayArea community for an " Ask Me Anything ," to share what they have learned in reporting this series and in their overall experience covering fire in California.

The team includes:
  • Molly Peterson, KQED Science reporter covering climate change, toxics, and wildfires (Twitter: @mollydacious)
  • Lauren Sommer, KQED Science reporter covering climate change, water, and energy (Twitter: @lesommer)
  • Jeremy Siegel, KQED News reporter and weekend afternoon news anchor/editor covering the Camp Fire (Twitter: @jersiegel)
  • Danielle Venton, KQED Science editor and reporter covering wildfires, astronomy, and physics. (Twitter: @DanielleVenton)

If you missed the Living with Wildfire series when it first published, you can check it out here. You can start posting questions in the "Ask Me Anything" at 11 a.m. and we'll start answering at 12:00 p.m. PT.

And if you're not on Reddit but still want to interact with us, we're on Twitter at @KQEDScience and on Facebook too at fb.com/kqedscience. Come say hello!

Hope to see you at noon!
