Are you ready to take your library career to the next level?
Dive into Library Journal’s interactive Library Management Training course! Get ready to find your authentic leadership style, master difficult conversations, and grow your confidence as a library manager. You will leave this course with a portfolio of tools and management concepts, a new cohort of peers, and a Library Journal Management Training Certificate.
The live, online speaker presentations and breakout groups run on Tuesdays, October 17-December 5, beginning at 2 pm Eastern Time and running for about two hours each week (see program for details). A facilitated, asynchronous workshop runs concurrently for 8 weeks, where you’ll complete assignments, connect with peers, and receive feedback on your work.
