Louisiana law to take guns from abusers has flaws

Abuser law flawed: A Louisiana law affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court last month is meant to keep guns away from domestic abusers. But the law doesn't always work as intended, leaving victims subject to further abuse, Alyse Pfeil reports. See specific parishes with problems.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office received 1,234 court orders last year to get guns away from domestic abusers
