NARVESON | Staff writer Tuesday's heavy snow was a rare treat for Baton Rouge residents, who headed outdoors to walk, play and slide in the wintry conditions. Only bummer was the white stuff was too soft for good sledding. “I have never seen snow in my life. This is my first time. This is like magical,” said LSU student Ian Frick, who was among those frolicking in the snow on campus. “I feel like I’m in a movie right now." Don't look for the big meltdown to occur until tomorrow, when the afternoon high reaches almost 50 degrees. Officials are still advising people stay off the roads if possible. Tuesday night and early this morning's deep freeze will likely leave black ice on roadways. Gov.
