MDS 3.0 RAI User's Manual

The best-selling MDS 3.0 RAI User's Manual includes CMS' most recent updates, effective October 1. Some of these updates include a clarification to change of therapy related to discharge dates and a pre-certification rules clarification related to completion and submission of OBRA assessments.

This current version also includes an October 2015 footer on each page and the Table of Contents no longer lists different version numbers for each chapter/section.
