Former NFL cheerleader Jacalyn Bailey Davis, who was fired partly because of an Instagram post, has filed a gender-discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission against the New Orleans Saints and the NFL. The complaint states that the Saints and the league have different standards of conduct for cheerleaders and football players.
