Many of us are well into our third week of social distancing. And if you’re like us, you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel on ideas to keep it all together. Dayna Childress (@helloquadruplets) is mom to five, including a set of adorable infant quadruplets. Here’s how she’s tackling the day-to-day of social isolation with five kiddos at home:

1 Get ready like you would usually. I always feel better when I'm dressed and ready vs staying in pjs all day. | 2 Go outside. I get my stroller out and pack all the kids up and we go on a nice, long walk together. | 3 Squeeze in some 'me' time wherever you can. Once everyone is asleep with their Owlet Smart Socks & Cams on, I get myself a coffee, sit on my back porch and enjoy the quiet, while checking on everyone through my phone.

New mom Sara Kohan (@sarakohan) also has some advice on staying sane while quarantined with a little baby:

1 Find new activities. This can be as simple as exploring your backyard! Take baby outside for some sensory play with grass, rocks or sand. | 2. Stick to your schedule. Having structure to my day helps my mind stay positive and focused throughout the day. With all the uncertainty around right now it’s nice to have some certainty within our household. | 3 Tackle your to-do list. Now is the time to cross off that list! For me, this includes sleep training, and what better time to start than now! Thankfully, we’ve been using Dream Lab from Owlet and my son has mastered self-soothing in just four nights!
