I love the subject line of this email - it is actually the title of one of Dad’s books.

So how do you stay motivated and hope filled when everything around you seems to be bringing you down and you have lost your mojo?

3 quick tips for you:

#1. Know your WHY. When the world knocks you down focus on your Why - your family, your faith, your friends, your purpose. When you make a difference and focus on these areas helps you get your momentum back.

#2. Choose your INPUT. Be intentional about what you listen to, read, and who you associate with. Make sure your input is building you up and not casting a shadow of doom and gloom.

#3. Create a ROUTINE. Every day without fail schedule measurable activities that take you closer to your dreams, goals, and your WHY. The very action of doing things that take you closer to your ultimate objective will lift your spirit.
