Steak restaurant nears opening in former Parallax space in Tremont

You will know what you’re in for when you walk up to the front door at Steak in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. A pair of heavy-duty, definitely-mean-business cleavers are embedded as the handle. “It’s a great way to welcome you into the space to show you are in for a real treat,” operating partner Chelsea Williams said. “It’s just a whole new experience.” Target opening date is the first week in August for the restaurant, which is going into the former Parallax space, Zack Bruell’s sleek Asian fusion restaurant that was filled with centerpieces of golf balls. Goldie marks brewery’s 8th anniversary

Goldhorn Brewery has released Goldie, a light lager to mark the brewery’s eighth anniversary. Goldie is 110 calories and 4.2% alcohol.
