However, complimentary resort fee is not available at The Cosmopolitan based on MGM Rewards Program tier status. Standard occupancy is two persons per room. Additional nightly fee of $50 per person, plus applicable taxes, applies for more than two adults. An adult is defined as an individual 18 years of age and older. Additional guests must be added to the reservation to ensure room and floor accessibility and that maximum occupancies are not being exceeded. Additional fees may include but are not limited to additional guest fee, pet fee, parking fee, rollaway bed fee and other fess that apply outside of the nightly rate. No outside food or beverage allowed inside the guest rooms. Personal coolers are not permitted into guest rooms unless they are required for dietary or medical reasons. The credit or debit card used for the reservation is required upon arrival. If this card is not present at check in, the applied deposit will be refunded and a new form of payment will be collected. Standard cancellation policy requires cancellation of reservation at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid being charged a penalty of the first night’s room rate and taxes on room rate. Reservations confirmed on non-refundable reservations are charged the entire stay at the time of booking. Guests who book reservations for rooms without race views for any of the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix (“F1”) dates, November 16 – 18, 2023, are charged for (and must pay for) the entire stay at the time of booking (except for nightly resort fees and applicable taxes on such fees which are due at the time of check-in), are not guaranteed racetrack views, and must cancel such reservation at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid a penalty equal to total stay charges paid at the time of booking. All stays during the F1 dates require a three-night stay for the nights of Thursday, November 16, 2023, Friday, November 17, 2023, and Saturday, November 18, 2023. Check-ins are not allowed on Friday, November 17, 2023, or Saturday, November 18, 2023. Additional nights (either before or after required stay nights) may be booked at prevailing rates(s) or tier discount. Reservations during the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix that are cancelled within 21 days of scheduled arrival date (or no-shows that do not cancel within 21 days of scheduled arrival date) will result in a penalty equal to total stay charges paid at the time of booking. Once you are within 21 days of scheduled arrival date, this reservation cannot be modified and is non-refundable. Reservation is non-transferable. Cancellations of non-refundable rate reservations (or cancellations of refundable rate reservations once the permitted cancellation period ends) do not result in credit.
