Tech advice you can trust™ |
Quick tip of the dayWhen you open a folder on your PC, you see a grid or list of all the different files inside. You can change how files are displayed, making navigating everything in a specific folder easier.
Select extra-large icons if you’re trying to preview photos before opening them. Choose List (just filed names) or Details (file names plus the date, type and size) to view compact information about your files, making it easier to locate PDFs and Word documents, for instance. Sometimes, Windows notices when you choose the same display layout in a new folder and automatically applies it to other folders to save time. Nice. 🍎 Use a Mac? We put together 10 Mac tricks to boost your productivity. |
