Aspen has recorded its very first $100+ million sale ever, all thanks to Steve Wynn. The billionaire casino tycoon paid $108 million for one of the Aspen area's largest homes, a more than 21,000-square-foot house with Red Mountain views and a heated outdoor swimming pool. Wynn, 82, still owns a New York City penthouse and a Beverly Hills estate, plus a sizable Palm Beach mansion.
