Six years after it last sold for $31 million, a lavish Lake Tahoe estate previously owned by Steve Wynn has returned to the market once again, this time asking a whopping $76 million. Built by the casino mogul in the early 1990s, the nearly 5-acre spread sits in the affluent Incline Village enclave of Nevada and comes complete with 210 feet of waterfront footage and a private beach, plus very custom amenities -- bulletproof glass windows and a 9-foot perimeter fence, for starters. And up in Milwaukee, a striking and landmarked example of Frank Lloyd Wright's work is up for grabs, for the very first time in almost 70 years.
