Former casino tycoon Steve Wynn maintains a handful of trophy properties across the United States. The voracious art collector would, however, like to lighten his considerable real estate load, putting his 2.7-acre spread in the coveted Lower Benedict Canyon area of Beverly Hills on the market for $75 million. If that price sounds familiar, that's because he previously had the 27,000-square-foot mansion known as Villa Lulu listed for the exact same price. Indeed, the skyline-view estate has been on and off the market for about five years, initially with a too optimistic ask of $135 million. Along with its 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, there's a movie theater, staff quarters, a lighted tennis court, and a swimming pool. Meanwhile, less than 2 miles away, in the Flats of Beverly Hills, a contemporary 20,000-plus-square-foot abode originally built for the late romance novelist Jackie Collins is back up for grabs after a $25 million renovation.
