........"The Pahinui's Waimanalo home become a popular gathering place for many noted musicians and weekends at the Pahinui home were a continuous jam session, beginning early on Friday mornings and continuing straight through to Monday. A pot of beef stew and rice was always on the stove for the dozens of musicians who came to play music and jam with "the master".......

To make it the rest of the way, we
really need your help!
Please join us.
Even the smallest contribution makes a huge difference and is sincerely appreciated. Reaching our goal of $65,000 will allow us to complete the production of Let's Play Music Part II.
Under the Kickstarter rules, unless we reach our goal of $65,000, all pledges disappear, and we lose this one-and-only opportunity to preserve the stories and music of a beloved generation of Hawai
ian music pioneers.
Here's what you can do:
Pledge Your Support!    Go to:
2.    Spread the Word. Share this link with your friends and contacts. Getting the word to the thousands of people who love Hawaiian music is critical.
Making your pledge only takes a minute. Please take the time to do this today!
...And we don't want to stop there! We have an angel investor who has committed to match up to $115,000. If we can raise this amount, we have plans to introduce a monthly webisode broadcast of our Let's Play Music video project:
No Ka Poli Mai Nō O Waimānalo,
Straight From the Heart of Waimānalo.
"Let's Play Music ~Slack Key with Cyril Pahinui and Friends"
Straight from the Heart  of Waimanalo
Support this project NOW!
As you may know for social media projects
small contributions add up
and are vital to
meeting these larger goals.
So anything you can add is graciously and sincerely appreciated.
Sharing the information out to others on your networks is often of value as well.
With this in mind we have provided social media inks above to make it easy to share with your own social and online media sites.
Mahalo in advance for your consideration and support for
my lifetime dream project!
We look forward to bringing each of you out to our Waimanalo backyard kanikapila.
Part II of our "Let's Play Music with Cyril Pahinui and Friends" Video Series highlighting the untold story of the Hawaiian Music Renaissance of the 70s and 80s.
Let's Play Music features Slack Key Master Cyril Pahinui and some of Hawai'i's best known musicians in intimate backyard performances. Add to that historic footage and MUSIC!
Followed by ......a monthly Webisode broadcast on the internet!
