Dear John,
Like many Americans, you may be eagerly awaiting stimulus funds in your bank account or mailbox. And like many, you may be thinking about all the things you need to use that money for.
We hope you will think twice about water. A little economic stimulus to Circle of Blue can go a long way to informing a better future for the liquid asset at the center of our lives.
As we anticipate life beyond the virus, there is new urgency to make up for lost time, to wrestle the challenges that have gotten ahead of us. The financial repercussions of the pandemic are rippling out through every nation’s infrastructure, economy, well-being and environment. Now, more than ever, wise and efficient choices are vital as we must do more with less, and faster.
As water goes, so does human history. Here’s a chance to turn the page by sending a little of that economic stimulus downstream. Drops of rain create rivers, and rivers move mountains.
