Stirred by the Spirit

When her son was born, she named him Samson. And the Lord blessed him as he grew up. And the Spirit of the Lord began to stir him while he lived in Mahaneh-dan. — Judges 13:24-25

Beloved Daughter,

I am ready to pour out My blessings on you. I long for you to feel My Spirit stirring you up. I want to raise up a faith inside you that is so strong it cannot be shaken. Just as I called Samson to be strong in faith, I have called you to do the same because you are My child. I don’t want you to try to draw your strength from a counterfeit connection. You always have access to Me. Call My name and seek My face; you will find the strength you need to make it through whatever is in your way.

Love,
Your heavenly Father

Reflection

We need the Spirit of the Lord to stir us up so that we don’t become stagnant in our faith. One of the best ways to draw closer to God is to spend time with Him. Pray, and ask God to rejuvenate your passion for Him.
