WEEKEND UPDATE
April 8-9, 2017
Greetings!

Happy Happy Weekend, dear friends... miss anything in the world of Gumshoe this week?  No fears, we'll catch you rigth up...

Several readers have chimed in to ask about the new pitch from Grant Wasylik for his Adventure Capitalist newsletter -- he says he has identified the "#1 Company in the New Silicon Valley," an old cordless phone company that's reinventing itself to be a huge player in the Internet of Things.  So who is it, and is it worth your time and attention?  Well, we can at least answer the first part of that question if you'll click below to...

The most severe and painful financial crisis in world history is now underway and in the coming weeks it will explode into the headlines.  Free video reveals exactly WHAT will happen in the market ... and HOW to take full advantage of it. And in the rest of the week that was?

We got you started with a look at a teaser from Louis Navellier about "The Man Who Went The Last Mile" in a teaser pitch for his Ultimate Growth newsletter... and that stood out as one of the more interesting ideas of the week, you can see my piece about that here.

And we continued our dive into Navellier-land after that, looking into his full-throated roar about the "#1 Stock to Buy Today" -- so what is it, and do you agree?  Our story about that is here.

On Thursday, as I was hustling myself around the world on a plane, we shared a couple older teaser solutions to ads that are still making the rounds... first was a piece about that Motley Fool spiel regarding the 36-year-old CEO who made a $560 million bet on one company, which you can find here.

And second was an oldie but a goodie (at least a good story, if not so much a great stock as of yet), that's the "New Fuel That Will Kill Big Oil" pitch from Dr. Kent Moors... we re-posted that article for you here.

Finally, as is usually the case, we closed out the week with the Friday File, my weekly dose of blatheration for our delightful Irregulars, the paying members who keep Stock Gumshoe going.  That piece is here if you missed your email on Friday.

Thanks for reading, everyone, and enjoy the rest of your weekend!
