WEEKEND UPDATE
May 11, 2019
Dear Valued Reader,

Happy Mother's Day to all the mamas out there in Gumshoeland... and, well, it was a mother of a week, amiright?  Did you miss anything that we covered in the past few days?  No worry, we'll catch you right up...
We started out with a look at the 5G invasion, Australian style... a few down under stocks teased as the best way to bet on the next wave of wireless.  Miss that one?  Just click below to...

If you HATE losing money as much as I do, you’re going to want to take a close look at this chart — it proves that the stock market is on the cusp of crashing 70% or more in the next few months.

But what’s odd is that only one financial expert is talking about it. I urge you to see his message right away, and then prepare to act quickly. Especially if you invest in stocks, have money in the bank or own a home.

After that it was a lot of marijuana stock chatter...

First, "Pot Buyouts" -- the big alcohol and cigarette and soda companies are all rumored to be interested in getting into the marijuana business as it legalizes, and some of them have already started acquiring or investing in smaller Canadian firms.  So who's next?  Jimmy Mengel teased us with a bunch of them, and we covered them in two parts -- you can seepart one here, and part two here.

Then it was Charles Mizrahi talking up "Wall Street's Best-Kept Marijuana Stock Secret", which turned out to be yet another "back door" way to get some exposure to the pot business without buying a pot stock... so what's that pitch about? Thinkolator answers here.

And, as usual, I closed out things with the Friday File for our Stock Gumshoe Irregulars (which had a mention or two of the only pot stock I own, too, as well as some analysis on a new buy I added to the portfolio this week).  You can see that by clicking below...
