WEEKEND UPDATE
May 23, 2020
Dear Valued Reader,

Somehow a three-day weekend loses its "zing" when most of us have been stuch at home for ten weeks... but at least we'll get a little break from the Stock Market on Monday... hopefully we'll all have a chance to honor the memory of those we've lost, despite the cancellation of parades and ceremonies in most of the US.

But if you've extra time, perhaps now we can catch up on what Stock Gumshoe covered this week?  Just stick with me for a few... we started the week with a blast from the past that Chris Wood is (still) touting as a "ten bagger" biotech stock for 2020 -- remember that one?  I re-checked the details, just click below to...

And after that we got a new post from Doc Gumshoe on the latest in COVID-19 -- and he mentioned both COVID and vaccines in the same article, so anyone who's spent any time on the internet lately probably knows that the comments blew up on that one, you can see his update here.  Skip the comments if your heart rate goes up when conspiracy theories flow.

Then I moved on to cover a Cabot teaser pitch, this time about a "financial infrastructure" stock that Carl Delfeld thinks will help you "bypass the coronavirus" -- Thinkolator results here.

We also got an interesting pitch from Justin Spittler at RiskHedge, and it focused on an area I've been watching and investing in, "Edge Computing," so my ears perked up -- click here for that story.

And as usual, the week came to a close with the Friday File -- I reported a few portfolio moves to end the week, with buys and sells that hit Sea (SE), Brookfield (BAM), Roku (ROKU), DocuSign (DOCU) and a few more... along with some other updates and a longer look at dividend growth and compounding.  Just click below for the full story...
