Stock slide as bond yields rise, Boeing drags Dow

U.S. stocks opened lower as investors weigh rising bond yields and a new crisis for Boeing. Over the weekend, the planemaker recommended suspending all flying of 777 jets operating with Raytheon’s Pratt & Whitney engines after a United Flight lost engine parts over Denver.
