I’m submitting our members’ comments to the FCC tomorrow!

Friend,

Tomorrow I’m going to submit our members’ comments to the FCC to urge the agency to stop Charter from limiting people’s internet access in the midst of a pandemic. But I noticed that your name is missing from the list of signers.

Here’s what’s happening: Charter wants to institute data caps to maximize its profits at the expense of our ability to access essential information when we need it most. Tell the FCC to stop Charter before it’s too late!

It’s incredible that Charter thinks now is the perfect time to make internet access more expensive — while families across the country are having to decide between putting food on the table and paying their cable bills so their kids can get online to go to school.

And here’s the thing: Charter promised that it wouldn’t use data caps as a condition of its merger with Time Warner Cable.

In the midst of a pandemic, people need affordable internet more than ever. Demand that the FCC reject Charter’s request.

Thanks for all that you do—

Heather
