So when Hogrebe saw the skeleton flipping her off through the window, she finally decided enough was enough. Unfortunately for Hogrebe, her troll of a neighbor planted security cameras around her house and caught the act on tape. Now she is in legal hot water, and the skeleton is nowhere to be found.
