The perfect crime: Kid escapes justice

Serving legal papers is just one of the many jobs performed by law enforcement. But this process doesn’t always go according to plan. A deputy in Georgia experienced this first hand after leaving her patrol car’s door open — only to find a goat had made its way inside. The remaining papers she had to serve were munched on by the animal, who also knocked over a drink and spilled it all over the car.

It wasn’t just the drink either, by the way. The goat also knocked the officer to the ground before scampering off. Thankfully, neither her nor the goat was hurt, but those legal papers are definitely going to need new copies made. Who even needs a paper shredder, anyway? It’s a goat’s world. We’re just living in it.
