We all know the importance of developing strength and muscle tone on the mat so that we can stay healthy and resilient as we move through life.
Training our mental muscles is no less important; sticking to that training schedule, persisting with arm balances even though we may have fallen over a million times, rolling out our mat at the end of a tough day… This is when we strengthen our mental capacity and start to create new neural pathways, which will bring us closer to the reality we aspire to.
