A Message From the Editor

Strong revenue was able to outpace modest growth in expenses to allow Pennsylvania law firms to see a marked increase in profitability last year. That's according to our first item today, which unveils new survey results overviewing the year now that collections are in. Also, the state Supreme Court has agreed to take up a case that could alter how courts view attorney responsibility when sanctioning a lawyer's client.
