Hi Achternaam,

Over on Facebook, I've heard from lots of people this year who have struggled to find canning equipment, especially lids, canners, and jars. If you're looking for something, make sure to check Fillmore Container (a sponsor of Simply Canning). They carry various supplies, and I just noticed they've started carrying stainless steel water bath canners too! I don't think they have flat lids in stock quite yet, but it's always a good place to check for anything canning-related you might need.
